Hello all,

I'm looking at starting up a new Order / Joy Division cover band. I play bass and I have my sound and style down just like Hooky. I also play a little keyboard and have a mac for sequencing. I would love to find a guitarist/vocalist and keyboardist. If you are a drummer and are interested, that's great too. Please let me know if anyone in the Toronto area is interested.

I am a synth player, and I programme beats on roland and yamaha groove boxes I have. I play alot like Gillian does. I started playing back in the '80s just screwing around on music store synths before I even was old enough to get my own keys, before even hearing of New Order, and coincidentally discovered that New Order had exactly the same sound I do, when I first heard them.

I am in Ohio. There is a small town called Toronto, a few miles from me. I doubt if it is that Toronto that you are from, you are probably from the Canadian one, which is far, far away. But I thought I would post anyway, as I was wanting to put a band of this sort together for ages, but cannot find anyone in my area. I was interested in doing originals eventually, in the sort of style they did in the '80s but something fresh.
